It is with joy I present Poppy's official appearance! Isn't she just so cute, asking her Master for a hug to reward a job well done? Then again, to Poppy, her Master is everything.
Sure, Pink Chocobos are a rare sight and even rarer to breed. But unlike most, who grow to the average size within a year, she didn't; she remained just as small even though she continued to age.
Even if she was smarter than most of her kind, learning how to understand humans in a year, she was still treated as an unwanted runt because of her size. Everyone just wanted a fast Chocobo they could ride. And that looked like her lot in life.
And then she met her Master.
He wasn't human, in fact it seemed he could change his species on a whim. But what didn't change was the heart that took her in. He then not long after turned her into a plushie, to better accept she'd never grow bigger, and taught her how to read, write, speak and handle chores. She's happily served him for five years now, and at 6 years old, she's come to realize; she needs more help to take care of the home and Master. So, with his permission and ability to venture to any world that suits his whim, she's going to hire a staff.
After all, her love for Master and his comfort is the most important thing to her. Besides, it'll be nice to have some playmates!
