Ze: For our mixed species of chipmunks and pandas, Long ago our family between Panda and chipmunks were in a war, it went on for 2 years until our grandfather panda in love with a female chipmunk put an end to the deadly war with a peace treaty. Years after the war, my grandmother gave birth to our mother (chipmunk side) panda, marry a male chipmunk. Then had me, Po, and Fanboy. Our family has a crime history, but mother and father were very rich!...But sadly, selfish! Since we are the first mixed breed of a panda and chipmunk...

Po: Zelana was a runt in the family, so they planned on killing her and get lots of money on scientists explore her, buy instead that had a worse plan...That plan on stuffing me, Ze and Fanboy for a much larger price!

Fan: But luckily our grandmother and father were animal police and arrested our birth parents for life. Then our grandparents took care of us ever since...

Mikey: How I came in the picture is I was abandoned as an egg until Zelana, Fanboy and Po found and save me found mad eating polar bears in Antarctica and adopted me with a adopted name Mickey until many years later I found my birth father and was really named Mickey Cooperson, I kind of suffer the same way that did only abandon, never loved by my father...But I love my chipmunk family more!

Ze: Since our grandmother train us to do kung do in China( Where we were born)...I was first born and only girl in the family so...She made me leader of Pones, Fanboness (Po, and Fan's birth names), and Mickey. I wanted us a family name so...We met Po Ping at the valley of peace, then I remembered our grandmother told us about our origins all the time. About how panda and chipmunks were at peace for until...now actually! Being born gems on our hearts(really 'on' our hearts), having a amazing powers that represents who were are and our colors...Being a panda and chipmunk means you may be big, but you can help the small...So I thought of the name...The Panda-munks! And that is our take of our origins...sorry if it's like very long...But it's really true!

Ze: So anyway to answer you question, "Panda" stands for a mixed being on any animal, but If panda does not fit to that animals name , it can not be used. "Panda"munk is a very great name I thought of.
