if you want to do more Gijinka's then i'd say to do so as long as you want to =) this looks really amazing, the foreground, background and filter effects all work perfectly together, the face looks amazing too, it's such a striking and fantastic look, I love it. the lighter area around his face really draws your attention and it works perfectly to meet his stunning gaze, the colour being mostly shades of black and white aside from his eyes make it even better. all the hair and flowing bits look great too and really well done, great work once again.
