From Earth 3 Farcus an alternate version of Marcus lived a completely different life then his doppleganger. He lived in a world where heroes resist a government law but people still lived in fear, but not Farcus. He had a sister who was his everything he made sure she lives a happy life but some promises are never kept. She died when heroes failed to save her. Going insane Farcus forms his own Dawn of Legends team but this time this version is more evil and powerful they overthrow the government and took over the world.
