Balros is a male squirrel. His class is Fighter, but he always wanted to be a monk. As a young lad he went to a monastery but while he could do all the martial and physical trials, he didn't do all that well with the meditative and self-spiritual stuff, and so he flunked out on good terms. He then set off adventuring on his own.
Balros is 5'6" and has a light russet fur.

Physically, he is equally strong, agile, and hardy. He excels at all physical activity (running, climbing, swimming, acrobatics) and his combat style is master-of-all-weapons. At basic, he's great at unarmed combat, blocking and dodging and punching and kicking like a monk, deflecting arrows too, but his favorite thing is to use his unarmed strike to disarm opponents, grab their weapon, and then start hitting them with it.
Confidant and adventurous, he's very kind and considerate, and prefers to use diplomacy to resolve conflict. When in combat, he's keen on his surroundings and enjoys using unorthodox tactics. He's the type of guy to run over to a wall to cut the rope holding a chandelier so it drops on the bad guy.
