This is or was Zhen Teahoe, a character that was suppose to be Part 2 in my "All Pandosian New Character" Plan, unlike Crystaline I don't think he would fit in any new storylines due to people finding his kind annoying (those who are attached to their phones and videotapes everything, the kind of person who gets their phones destroyed, confiscated, or tossed in the lake or ocean.) Either trade or adoption, his last name has to be changed.
I got no idea what to do with him rather to give them away or trade him off.
