This is the story of a little kitten boy named Hot Dog. You see Hot Dog has a dream, that every Wednesday no one wears any pants. Unfortunately, Hot Dog's childish naïveté prevents him from recognizing that he's the sole practitioner of this 'holiday,' leading to funny looks when he goes out in public. This Wednesday, Hot Dog purchases a hot dog from a vendor.
