I changed the hair a bit to fit a more detailed artstyle, as well as added a choker bc the neck area felt naked (and bc chokers are nice eeyyy)
Anyway Rouge is still to this day a character that means a lot to me. I had pretty much never seen a female character act the way she did, and she quickly became a favourite of mine.
