Sooo...got a friend..he has a custom species, mixture of 3 critters (I've posted about this before).  He'd like to see pictures of it..I need something to draw...this sorta goes hand in hand.  As some general notes, base species is wolf, heavily mixed with fox, and finally rabbit thrown in.  While the body should at all times have a very canine shape overall..with elongated canine ears (instead of rabbit ears) and a canine tail (this ones not thick enough I think).  The species is capable of wide variation in looks, mostly due to the fact they breed true with not only each other, but with wolves, rabbits, and foxes as well.  Apparently it has a backstory, some sort of species created by a super powerful creature...chose to do some sort of odd hyper breeding program mixed with the worlds own type of magic (or something).  The species were chosen for personality and body abilities...wolf and rabbit strongly to help both defending and attacking together..fox to keep in a touch of individuality so they don't go crazy if forced alone.  Mostly meant to be a very gregarious species that likes to stay in groups, and is capable of reading the movements of allies to help aiding in both defense and offense.  Large variation in species is supposed to be present because the formation of the species actually involved a very sped up process of natural selection..with the 3 stock species somehow given the ability to breed together for a short time, mating forced repeatedly, and then very sped up continued breeding.  Until a viable group of offspring were produced that had the desired qualities.

I didn't get the entire thing from him...and yeah same friend as the one I did the carebear cousin for.  He says he calls the species "Syln".

Working on the hindpaw a touch...different members of the species walk digitigrade, plantigrade, or is capable of switching between modes of walking (rare mutation).  Also need to work on the leg a touch more correctly too...they are supposed to have very strong legs..capable of huge jumps..and possibly capable of a hopping mode of transportation (or a specialized run).

So this would be a character I made who is of this species...Jacelyn.  The pose is slightly wrong..though easy to fix if I didn't try to do a perfect side view..with fore limbs obscuring the limbs further back (have the other leg in a different position basically).  For now I'll pretend he's sitting at a desk..doing...something :).
