Ah. Nice and easy. Just how I like it." Radio chuckled as he swatted Arryn's nice round butt once for good measure, finishing off the little dressing up act. Manzo looked on with his jaw dropped. It was official. This was crazy! Arryn had lost even worse than before and in a way that was probably the most humiliating thing to happen to anyone on the planet. Not just the manner of humiliation but the fact that it was his very own plan that ended up getting used on HIM. How humiliating. How BEYOND emasculating!
Radio reached down and grabbed Arryn from under his arms as the laughter was already kicked into super high gear all around them. He lifted Arryn up as best he could, knowing that the boy was still physically taller than him due to being older, so he only managed to get Arryn to his knees when they were face to face.
"Reaching for the stars eh little baby? Don't worry. You'll have plenty of time to keep doing that when a mobile is spinning over your head in your crib. As for now though, you've gotta date with some nice mushy food and a ba-ba. Go on Baby Arryn. Say Ba-ba for Big Bwuda. And when you say Ba-Ba say "Sissy" and I'll give you your paci to suck on as a reward before the feeding time."
Radio seemed to grasp how the little blows to the head were affecting Arryn at the moment. He was going to take advantage of that and see if he could get him to act a bit more like a baby brained loon before he snapped out of it. First thing's first though. It was time to set up a feeding station for this disgrace of a nen user.
Radio turned and shot a look at Manzo, easily spotting him hiding in the crowd. "You. Set up a chair and a strap so we can use it as a makeshift high chair. Now."
Manzo felt a shiver shoot through him. He immediately stood up straight with his hands at his side. "Y-y-y-y-yes sir! R-Right away sir!" He saluted. Radio looked down at Manzo's shorts and saw a tiny wet spot there. Heh. It took a bit but it looked like he scared the other one into wetting a tiny bit as well. It's whatever. Manzo wasn't his target but he still had a use for an assistant.
Manzo scrambled together what was asked of him and got the makeshift high chair ready. Radio smiled and dragged Arryn over towards it, roughly putting him into it and tightening it around his body before filling up the baby bottle of formula and readying the jars of baby food. He figured he wanted the bottle feeding to happen while Arryn was still baby brained then the jars of food would feed him when he was snapped out of it. That would work.
"Keep rolling those camera phones everyone. Baby Arryn's about to enjoy some milk." Radio said, making sure to pour a nice super secret thing into the bottle too. A nice dose of ex-lax for the hell of it. He knew this was something that would come in handy for one of the bully boys that made fun of him. Today was the day it saw use.
"Eep! Dat huwt!" In his current state of mind Arryn had practically no pain tolerance, and certainly had a weak will against anything Radio did to him. Despite the thick pink diaper and plastic panties he could'nt help but react to the playful swat. Unfortunately though Arryn might not be aware of everything taking place now, the internet certainly would not let him forget this day. His goal was to gather a crowd, and within minutes there was almost no more standing room to witness his humiliation.
With a confused look still painted onto his face, Arryn found himself at eye level with his 'babysitter'. "Staws? Cwib? Mmm num nums! Vewy hungwy!!!" Arryn had to pause and repeat in his head what Radio instructed him before he smiled and happily repeated it.
"B...Ba-ba! Ba-ba! Si-sissy Ba-ba! Sissy Ba-ba!!" In a world of his own, he could think only of pleasing Radio and trying to at least get some 'yummy' food in. Throughout the day Arryn had not given himself time to eat, so there were legitimate hunger growls coming from his stomach.

With Arryn out of it again and helpless as the baby he's dressed as, Radio is quite free and able to do what he wants. Unfortunately for Arryn's sake, that would involve helping him fill up with food for nefarious purposes ;.;
On another note I love Arryn actually reaching and grabbing a star + the size difference shown between Radio and Arryn. Really shows how far he's fallen here x.x
