I disliked it initially, yes. But that was only for about 1 week, right until I saw the first animated sprites. The reason of my reaction a was a mismatch of styles between the original FP game and Tysontan's. He got a lot closer since then and it's possible that he will get it even better before the release. The designs by themselves are solid and there's probably no better person to create them than Tysontan.
