For those of you who remember the character from the movie "Beetlejuice," he is a friend of Delia Deetz, Lydia's mother, and claims to be New York City's Leading Paranormal researcher. He's one of those few characters absent to the cartoon; next to Adam and Barbara Maitland and Juno. I kinda had fun putting him in cartoon form anyway.
