Chapter 146 - The Festival Begins!

Once the tree was securely in place, Chris and the girls took their places in the carriage and made their way off, with Serenity and Rose warily sitting at his sides as they gave Rapidash an annoyed look, the stallion shrugging before pulling the group along. "Really appreciate you holding the tree like that, you're the best." Chris praised, smiling at Serenity causing her to blink before raising her nose with a smug smirk. "That on record! You hear that!" she point out, glancing back at Alicia making the snake roll her eyes. "Oy oy, don't be that way." Chris nudged. "You the one that say it." Serenity grinned while holding his arm. Making their way along, eventually Alicia spoke up, getting attention by clearing her throat. "Something wrong?" Chris asked, looking back. "It was a bit of nonsense the way you got involved with those humans..." she point out, causing him to scowl. "I didn't like that guys attitude, okay?" he reminded. "I know, and I wasn't finished." the snake scowled back. "What I was going to say was... Despite it being unnecessary, what you did was still admirable. You took a stance in the moment rather well." she nodded, causing his expression to change to a look of surprise. "O-Oh, my bad." Chris apologized, adding a "thanks?" in response, unsure of how to take the random compliment. "I liked it! You looked tough." Rose added, fidgeting with a slight blush. "Tough...? Really?" Chris asked, pointing at himself before showing a smirk. "Well... What can I say..." he added with a shrug. "Don't milk it, he'll get a swollen head." Alicia warned. "Hey!" he snapped, causing the snake to grin slyly. "I like way he do it. Made me feel good." Serenity praised. "Mainly because you got to push the guy?" Chris asked with a nervous smile. "...That too." she smirked.

"Still, the way you acted... It must've been expensive." Rose point out, referring to how he'd been when he was given the price. "Well, it wasn't cheap. But... It was for something good, plus it's not like I'm rushing to spend what I have on myself really, so... Eh." Chris shrugged. "It's hard to tell if you're generous or mad at times... I don't believe many humans with such wealth are so quick to give it away." Alicia added. "Well, they say money makes a man crazy, so maybe I am!" he grinned. "...You say that so proudly..." the snake slumped with slight sweat on her face. Chuckling in response, Chris took in a deep breath and sighed in satisfaction. "...It made me feel good is all. Feels like I did the right thing. Long as it makes me happy, is it really so bad?" he asked, Alicia looking at him for a moment before showing a small smile. "I suppose not." she agreed, Serenity and Rose leaning against his sides as they continued along. "Got a pretty good tree out of doing it too. I didn't even figure on getting one like what we were given, so it's a score for everyone." he reminded, looking at the top of the tree sticking out above their heads. "Well, I like what you did for those humans, it was sweet." Rose giggled. "It was okay, do good." Serenity nodded, giving Chris a pat on the back. Eventually reaching the resort, the group made their way back to their cabin, with the carriage stopped along the front porch. First letting Alicia out, Chris proceeded to untie their tree from the top, having trouble with the final rope until giving it a hard yank, releasing the tree and sending him falling off the side. Catching him in her psychic, Serenity and the girls let out a sigh as he warily opened an eye and looked at the snow just an inch beneath him. "Th-Thanks!" he laughed nervously, looking at Serenity as she scowled and released him causing Chris to plop on the ground.

"You be more careful!" she lectured with her arms crossed as he raised and rubbed the back of his head with a guilty smile. "Yes ma'am." he nodded, watching as Serenity lift the tree from the carriage and set it upright by her side. "So, where want it?" she asked as Chris stood and pat the snow off his clothes. "We'll set it up in the living room by the fireplace." he instructed. Leading the group inside, he helped Serenity guide the tree through the door, the Pokemon giving it a sudden push causing Chris to fall back with the tree landing on top of him. Panicking, Serenity quickly lift it off, allowing him to raise back up covered in loose needles. "Well, now you're a perfect match!" Alicia teased with a laugh, causing him to scowl before scratching his neck. "I-Itchy..." he muttered. "I sorry about that..." Serenity apologized. "What was that about being careful?" he asked with a smirk, causing the Pokemon to grunt from having her words tossed back. "You okay?" Rose smiled nervously. "Yeah, just gotta get the needles outta my clothes." Chris assured while helping guide the tree where he wanted it, making Serenity set it down before carefully resting it against the wall. "I'll get us a stand and decorations while we're out and about." he explained. "...Still a bit odd to have a tree in a building. I've seen it time and again, but I never did quite get it." Alicia point out. "Kinda confuses me too... It's a pretty tree though?" Rose agreed while curiously touching the needles. "You'll understand later." Chris assured. "I'm gonna go clean up. You girls wanna do the same before we leave again?" he asked, the group nodding before he took the bathroom first to rid himself of the needles. "I can't believe you dropped a tree on him..." Alicia snickered, causing Serenity to growl at the snake.

Once he was finished, Chris returned and let the girls have the bathroom to themselves, looking the tree over while he was alone with a smirk. "Not bad... Not bad at all." he nodded, looking around the area and backing away with his hands up, picturing the way it would look once it was properly set and decorated. "Little bit here and there... Scoot it a bit... Yeah..." he muttered as he turned toward the fireplace, spotting the figurines along the mantle and the banner above the girls had made back in Millennium, causing him to smile. "We done!" Serenity called out, causing him to jolt before turning to the girls. "Whatcha doin'?" Rose asked curiously. "I was just thinking about how the tree was gonna look and stuff. I got distracted by the stuff you girls gave me though." he point out, looking back at the fireplace. "Honestly, are those things really THAT special to you?" Alicia asked, raising an eyebrow while looking at the banner herself. "Scribbles to me... I get embarrassed." she added with a self conscious expression. "It's as special to me as you girls are." Chris smiled. "How could I not show it off? They make me feel proud." he affirmed before surprising the snake by pulling her down with her neck under his arm and planting a kiss on her head, causing Alicia to jolt wide eyed and stutter before quickly pulling away with a flush. "H-Hey now!!" she snapped, caught off guard as he grinned. "Love you girls." he affirmed, winking at Serenity and rubbing Rose on the head before walking past the group. "Lets head back to the plaza then!" he instructed as they collectively blushed to their own degrees, Alicia looking agitated yet shy at the same time while Serenity grumbled about wanting a kiss as well.

Locking the cabin behind them, the group returned to their places on the carriage, save Chris who went to the garage and returned with a bucket of water, grunting as he made his way along and set it in front of Rapidash, the horse looking down as Chris leaned back with a sigh. "Thought it would do you some good." he point out before watching the Pokemon take a drink. "I kind of thirsty too..." Serenity point out. "I wouldn't mind something myself." Alicia added. "Um... Me too?" Rose confessed with her hand up. "Don't worry, I'm saving us for the stuff they have to eat and drink at the plaza." Chris assured as Rapidash raised his head with a sigh of his own. Taking the water that remained and dumping it aside before placing the empty bucket on the porch, Chris climbed onto the carriage and took his place at the reins, steering them along back into the city. "I have question..." Serenity began. "What's up?" Chris asked, looking at her curiously. "Why they call humans sisters? Why they wear those clothes?" she asked. "Ohh, ri--ight..." he replied, thinking over his answer. "You see, some people work in places called a church, or a temple, or... Well, they have lots of words for places they're part of." Chris explained. "Sisters are what we call most women who wear special outfits like that. Some of them even live at the places they work!" he smiled. "They spend their whole lives trying to help people. When folks are feelin' down, they do what they can to pick em' up again. They have charities to help people with different problems, stuff like that. All of them believe they serve a greater purpose and do whatever they can to make the world a little better." he smiled. "...So you're like a sister?" Rose asked, causing him to face the rabbit with an "eh?" of confusion.

"Well, you do most of that stuff and you wear that coat, so..." she point out, making him reflect on himself before laughing nervously. "No, nothing like them." he assured, waving his hand. "For one thing, to be like them, uh... You can't..." he paused, blushing slightly and scratching his cheek before quietly explaining in her ear, making the rabbit flush with a loud "EH?!" of surprise. "Yeah... I couldn't live that way." Chris confessed. "What? What he say?!" Serenity asked. "I'm curious myself..." Alicia added before Rose repeat what he'd told her, making Alicia scowl with a slight blush of her own. "...Pervert..." she muttered. "I-I'm not!! I'm just saying!!" Chris panicked. "To be sister you not able to do that...?" Serenity asked while fidgeting. "They're kinda strict on it, and that goes for pretty much all religions, I think..." he affirmed. "I'm no expert but... I think most are pretty firm." he nodded. "You certainly couldn't be any of the sort then." Alicia point out, facing away embarrassed. "Hey, neither could you!" Chris reminded, making the snake flush and stutter in agitation. "None of us, really." Rose laughed nervously. "B-Besides that..." he replied, clearing his throat. "There's just a lot of rules that make it pretty hard for me to be compared. I'm way too laid back and stuff. We might be similar in some ways, but in most we're nothing alike. Besides, last I checked, to be a sister you can't have certain things." he reminded, pointing toward his lower area making the girls blush collectively. "Y-You not sister alright..." Serenity agreed. "Can we move on to another subject?!" Alicia snapped. "Sorry! Just trying to explain!" Chris panicked, the girls each facing away out of their own embarrassment from where the conversation went.

"Honestly, you males, someone asks you a question, it turns into that." Alicia muttered, making Chris sweat slightly as they trot along the roads. "S-So, uh..." he spoke up, glancing at the girls before focusing ahead with a slight blush. "If you girls could be one, at least you'd all be really cute..." he tried to praise, the group looking at him. "J-Just trying to be nice! I-I mean... Yeah..." he affirmed, Serenity and Rose looking at one another before smiling and giving him a nudge, making him smile in turn. "I'm sure it's because you're picturing us in a certain situation." Alicia point out with a smug look on her face. "Fan of the forbidden fruit, are you?" she added with a grin causing Chris to flush brightly himself. "I'M NOT LIKE THAT!!!" he snapped back, catching the girls by surprise, the snake blinking at him before snickering. "Oh my lord... He IS!!" she started laughing. "S-Screw you!!" he panicked. "You WISH!!" the snake replied, enjoying her moment of taunting as he slumped his head between his shoulders as if trying to hide in humiliation. "Aww, we love you." Rose assured, rubbing his back making him look at her, yet just as he was about to smile she slyly added "Even if you are kinky..." before giggling, making him sulk all the more. "Y-You girls are cold." he grumbled. "It okay, I love you anyway." Serenity coaxed, hugging his arm. "...Could dress up like that if want? I do it..." she offered with a blush and a somewhat perverse smile of her own, poking him on the cheek as he groaned, Alicia bursting with laughter while Rose tried to be more modest with her reaction. "Why me...?" he asked, continuing to lead them through the city toward their destination, being teased as the light from the remaining sun vanished.

Once they reached where the plaza was, they found the road ahead leading to the circle now blocked, with traffic going in different directions around them instead, vehicles and carriages alike lining the sides of the streets as people walked along the rest of the way. Finding himself signaled along his way by security, Chris eventually found a spot for them and parked, Rapidash letting out a sigh and showing slight sweat from the crowds around them, everyone making their way to the event. "Lot of humans..." Serenity muttered, protectively clinging tightly to Chris's arm while Rose did the same with his other, albeit for her own wary protection. "L-Lots..." she agreed. "Hey now, relax! We're here to have fun." Chris coaxed before making his way down, offering a hand to the others before letting Alicia out, the snake gazing down at passerby's causing them to warily make space. "...What I thought." she muttered with a quiet grunt, her nature showing in the crowd as she raised her head above everyone. "Okay then, lets go check the place out!" Chris grinned before taking his staff from the carriage and leading the girls along, with Serenity remaining close by his side, refusing to release his arm while Rose clung to his coat, hiding behind his opposite side, Alicia following as she continued gazing down at people making them keep a steady distance. "You don't have to do that you know." Chris smiled nervously. "I can't help it if they're weak." she affirmed, enjoying the respect she was getting from those beneath her. Looking at the snake, he thought back on how paranoid she was of her eyes, both when looking at them herself and showing them to others, only to grow into them as she had as she carried herself proudly and took advantage of their power.

"...Got used to em', didn't you?" he asked with a smile. "Eh? Pardon?" she asked, raising an eyebrow. "Nothing... I was just thinking of how great you turned out... I'm happy for you is all." he chuckled, catching the snake off guard once more as she blinked at him in surprise, a small blush showing as he continued along with the others. Tilting her head, Alicia caught up as they made their way through the crowds. Finally arriving in the now bazaar-like plaza, Chris and the girls looked around awe stricken by how many shops had sprung up, with stalls lining both sides of the circular road where transportation had traveled just hours before. The middle of the plaza itself was crammed with more shops than one could imagine, everything brightly lit by all the lights and decor people had set up to lure people to their wares. "My word... So fast..." Alicia muttered. "Look at all the places..." Rose added. "Gotta admit, they really hustled..." Chris nodded as they walked along the circle. "You wouldn't think cars and stuff had ever been on this road now." he added with a smirk while passing stalls selling carpets while others sold beaded jewelry and the like. Passing by one filled with various mirrors, the girls paused and looked at themselves from various angles, taking a moment to spruce up as Serenity fidget with her hair, Rose combing her ears with her claws while Alicia smirked at herself, her nose up all the prouder. "Oy oy..." Chris smiled with slight sweat showing. "Lovely Pokemon you have sir!" the owner smiled with his hands rubbing together. "A lovely mirror to go with such lovely ladies?" he asked, motioning toward several smaller handheld mirrors, each of the girls picking one up to look at their faces.

"Be it man or mon, a girl must always look her best! No better way to do so than a mirror always at the ready!" he added in an effort to make a sell. "You look like a responsible trainer, surely you realize the necessity yourself?" he went on, grinning at Chris as the girls looked at the sides of their faces. Showing a slightly sour look from being called a trainer, he watched the group. "Well... You girls want one?" he finally asked, all three distracted by themselves. "G-Guess that's a yes... How much?" he asked, the man going over the price and offering a "special bargain" for the set of three. Responding with a "right" as the man held out a scanner when he offered to pay with his card, Chris bought the mirrors for the girls, getting a satisfied "good taste!" and "thank you sir!" from the stall owner before coaxing the girls to hand the mirrors over, having them wrapped in news paper and bagged together. "It's quite a burden to look so good." Alicia sighed as though her beauty was a chore. "It not easy." Serenity smirked, flipping her hair. "I think I look kinda cute tonight." Rose giggled. "What's an ego?" Chris thought with a nervous smile as they walked along the circle. "So, happy with the gifts?" he asked, the girls collectively nodding with a smile. "Plenty to check out still so take your time and have fun." he coaxed, looking around curiously with them as they progressed. Eventually reaching a stall that caught his attention, one filled with various types of flowers, Chris paused and walked up for a closer look. "Welcome sir!" a woman spoke up, approaching in a pose similar to the man from before. "These flowers come from many regions throughout the world! I've put everything into raising the seeds I've gathered from my travels!" she assured.

"Not bad..." Chris muttered, nodding in response as the girls looked at him and the selection curiously. "He into this stuff?" Serenity asked quietly, looking at the others. "A surprise to me, rather feminine... Then again, there was that time..." Alicia replied, referring to what he'd done back in Millennium as he walked along the stall. "What about these here?" he point out, the woman nodding. "This selection is from the Sinnoh region, the caretakers at the Pick a Peck flower shop in Floaroma Town sold me some of their seeds and I've been cultivating them since! You'll notice they have a particularly strong scent." she explained, holding up various flowers for him to smell. "That's pretty nice..." he muttered. "You do arrangements?" he asked. "Of course!" the woman smiled. Calling for Alicia, he had the snake approach before holding up different colored flowers next to her face, looking closely at the petals and her eyes before finally nodding and returning his attention to the owner. "Can you twist some of these into a crown?" he asked. "That's simple, certainly." the woman assured before getting to work on his request. Tilting her head, Alicia watched curiously as did the others until the florist finished, holding out the flowers. "Now then..." Chris muttered, motioning for Alicia to lower her head before he placed the flowers decoratively around her ear. Looking up, she wasn't sure what to think of his actions until he took out one of the mirrors, unwrapping it and holding it up for her to look at. "Well? How's that?" he smiled as she blinked in surprise, turning her face for a better look before blushing. "What does that come to by the way?" he asked, looking at the woman as he let Alicia hold the mirror while he paid.

Once he was finished, the woman bowed and gave him her thanks before he turned back to the snake, a shy look on her face as she glanced away and returned the mirror. "I thought it'd make you look pretty, hope you like it!" he grinned, wrapping the mirror and returning it to the bag. "I-It's nice." Alicia nodded. "She's embarrassed." Rose giggled. "I-I am not! I just... Didn't expect it." the snake grumbled. "Flowers for my flower." Chris praised, giving Alicia a pat on her side making her blush all the more, giving another nod to him before looking up at her gift again. Further guiding them along, eventually the group headed toward the center of the plaza, exploring all the stalls waiting within. "Say... Smell that?" he asked, the girls raising their noses. "Ohh... I hungry..." Serenity groaned. "Who's up for a bite?" he smirked, all three nodding eagerly as they followed the scent, finding themselves along a section full of stalls selling all sorts of food. Walking through the area, by the time the group finished putting their plates together with selections from several shops, they had things like meat on sticks covered in barbeque, breaded seafood, buttered corn cobs, baked and steamed dumpling rolls as well as a serving of rice, all piled together to make a varied feast for the group as they gathered at one of the benches set up for guests. "Got a little bit of everything, and that still hardly covers what they have!" Chris laughed before heading to a nearby stall to order drinks, returning to find the girls already stuffing their mouths with Serenity quickly grabbing a drink to help her food down with a sigh of relief. "You know, there's plenty here so you don't have to rush." he assured.

"Shoo gwood!!" Rose squealed with her cheeks bulging. "I'm sure I'll regret it later but this is fantastic." Alicia agreed before using her vine to put one of the sticks of meat in her mouth, pulling all the food off in one go and munching in satisfaction. "The squishy dumpling things have different stuff in them!" Serenity point out, trying different ones revealing meat in some and vegetables in others. "These places always have the best stuff. You can find a lot of things you've never tried before! Though... I'm not the most experimental type. Some of it can be a little weird." Chris point out, looking at a nearby stall putting things like fruit and various sweets in a deep fryer before eating some of his own food. "So? Worth coming so far?" he asked, the girls nodding with wide smiles and full mouths, causing him to grin as well before taking another bite. "Corn's pretty good..." he point out, nibbling along the side of a cob while Rose did the same, raising her hand with an "I agree!" response. After a moment, he took a spoon and offered to help Alicia with her rice, feeding the snake himself. "Good?" he asked, getting a nod in response while offering more and holding up her cup, letting the snake drink through her straw. Returning to his own food, the group made short work of their plates. Once the girls were finished, Chris found himself giving them a second round, their plates piled just as high as before while he still finished up on his first. "Boy... Healthy appetites!" he point out, causing them to scowl. "N-Not a bad thing! It makes me happy!" he assured with a nervous sweat as their glares returned to euphoria as they filled their stomachs. "G-Gotta watch myself..." Chris thought to himself, munching on one of his barbeque sticks.

Eventually, the group satisfied their hunger and tossed away their empty plates, continuing along their tour of the bazaar with their cups still in hand, sipping away as they browsed the goods around them. "That was heavenly..." Alicia sighed. "I'm full." Rose added in a low tone, rubbing her stiffened stomach. "I good now." Serenity nodded, stretching before sipping at her drink again. Looking around them, the group started noticing people strolling with their Pokemon, many of them donning different accessories and outfits. "Huh... Neat..." Chris muttered, seeing a Machoke wall by with its lips puckered out, donning lipstick and fake lashes along with a dress. "...That one IS a female, right?" he asked, watching the Machoke swinging its hips  in a feminine manner with its hand in the trainers walking beside it, the girls watching curiously as well. "...Guess it doesn't matter. None of my business." he added with a nervous smile. "I'll admit there are some of us who present ourselves in a rather masculine manner." Alicia point out. "I can't tell sometimes either..." Rose confessed with a guilty look. "I dunno... I think it says something about accepting yourself if you ask me... You do you, as they say." he nodded. "...How you do self?" Serenity asked, puzzled by the remark. "It's another way of saying be who you are." Chris smiled, getting an "oohh" from the Pokemon before she looked around with another sip of her drink, the rest of the group having another taste of theirs as well. After a moment, they found the area people had been buying outfits for themselves and their Pokemon, noticing a gathering of stalls selling countless types of outfits and the like for all types of figures. "Wanna take a look?" Chris asked, getting a nod in response.

Making their way along the countless things on sale, eventually Chris led the girls into a stall to look around, with Rose looking at various dresses hanging on the walls while Serenity looked at things folded on tables. "Not sure what to get... Still not used to this stuff too much." she point out before spotting a sweater with a design featuring a hole in the chest. Looking at it curiously, she held it up and looked it over, looking down at her own chest. "Huh... Maybe that work...?" she muttered. "Find something?" Chris asked from behind, causing the Pokemon to jolt before facing him with a nod. "How this?" she asked. Only able to see the back of the sweater, Chris thought it was fairly plain and gave her a nod in response. "I think it's nice!" he smiled before she looked around again, noticing the pants and rummaging. "I like this one!" Rose called out, getting his attention as she point at a blue coat designed like a dress of sorts. Taking it off the wall, Chris looked it over curiously and handed it to the rabbit. "I think that one's pretty cute. It would suit you." he assured. "Not much for me in here..." Alicia muttered nearby. "I don't think there's much that can do you justice... Besides, when it comes to you, less is more. Those flowers make you stand out way more than anything else they sell. I think so, anyway." Chris praised, making the snake blush again. "Subtlety is best, huh...?" she muttered, looking up at her accessory. "Sure! You stand out so much already. Too much more would make a fella like me go crazy." he winked, causing Alicia to show a surprised look before smirking. "Perhaps that wouldn't be so bad...?" she asked as he turned toward Serenity, the Pokemon calling for his attention before he looked back with an "eh?" as Alicia faced away. "Oh, nothing." she smirked as Serenity showed off some pants she liked.

"Excuse me..." a woman called out, walking up to the group. "If you'd like, your Pokemon can try on what they like in the booths over there." she point out, showing a section with curtains. "My sister over there could make sure the measurements are right as well so everything fits perfectly." she offered with a smile. "Ah, okay then... Wanna see how they look then?" Chris asked, getting a nod from Serenity and Rose in response before leading them to the changing area. "Rose, you try yours on first." he instructed, coaxing the rabbit to follow the woman's sister. "Lets see..." they heard the woman mutter as she worked with Rose behind the curtain. "You're not too far off! You should probably go with a size just a little bigger." she point out before coming out with the rabbit, now donning the outfit. "It's a little snug..." Rose point out, moving her arms about as the sister brought a bigger size, taking Rose back behind the curtain before returning with a sigh from the rabbit. "Better..." she smiled. "So, ya' really like it huh?" Chris smirked. "It's fluffy!" she giggled, snuggling herself. "Alright then, it's yours." he offered, getting an excited hug. "Alright then, you're next!" he instructed, looking at Serenity and getting a nod. "You behave and let her help though. I don't wanna get something you're not even comfortable in." he insisted. "I let human do what need to, not worry." she assured. Showing a smile, the woman's sister nodded and let Serenity go behind the curtain first before following. "Alright... About the skirt..." she point out before letting out an "oh!" in surprise, likely when the Pokemon retracted it catching her off guard. "Alright then, lets see..." she added. "You really do look adorable." Chris chuckled, looking at Rose making the rabbit blush.

"So what shall we do after this?" Alicia asked. "Mm... Not sure... Still plenty to see. Besides, it's not the only night of the festival. We have plenty of time to enjoy the...!!" Chris replied, cut off when Serenity stepped out from behind the curtain. "...Ni--ice..." he responded in a drawn out manner, letting out a whistle while the woman stepped out as well. "I must say, your Gardevoir has a fantastic waistline! I haven't seen many of her species with such a curved figure... It was a little hard fitting her in because of a bit of an issue though. You might need to go a bit bigger with her as well." the sister affirmed as Serenity blushed slightly. "...Big butt..." she muttered in an embarrassed manner, the statement making Chris blush as well, clearing his throat as the woman brought another pair of pants and returned behind the curtain with Serenity, making a "that's better!" statement when the pants were on. "Now for the sweater, this should be..." the woman added. "I'm trying to measure her upper body, it's a little tricky with the horn..." she point out before the group heard Serenity ask "this help?" before they saw a slight flash, followed by a startled "EH?!!" from the woman who stumbled back from behind the curtain, a wide eyed expression of shock on her face. "Th-They're... S-She's...!!" the woman stuttered. "What's wrong with you?" the other woman asked, walking up with a scowl. "B-Buh..." her sister stuttered, holding her hands out over her chest. "I'm sorry about this..." the woman apologized, offering to help Serenity instead only to freeze when she poked her head into the curtains, slowly backing away with the same expression of shock, looking down at her own chest with a sudden look of defeat.

"You... Okay?" Chris asked, the women looking at one another and laughing in a somehow depressed tone. "What going on?!" Serenity snapped in agitation, poking her own head out. "If you not do job I try on myself!" she added before pulling her head back behind the curtain, only for the group to hear a sudden rip and an "oops..." from her, the two women jolting and looking at the curtain while Chris laughed nervously. "I-I'll pay for that." he assured, Serenity holding out the sweater. "I got too angry... My horn ripped it..." she revealed in a sulky tone, apologizing as the women took it and sought out a proper size. "...What wrong with them?" Serenity asked. "I uh, have my guesses." Chris point out with slight sweat showing. "Women have it rough..." he added, the girls looking at him curiously as the sisters returned and gave Serenity a proper size. Once it was on, the Pokemon stepped out revealing the hole designed into the chest Chris hadn't noticed, causing him to seemingly glow with eyes wide enough to pop. "H-How look?" she asked, rubbing her arm nervously as he kept his focus on her chest, the sight of her bust in the open in such a teasing manner nearly driving him to a bloody nose, only to have the back of his head snapped by Alicia's vine. "Hey!!" she shout, causing him to jolt back to reality. "G-G-Uhh... Y-Yeah!" he finally answered with a thumbs up, glancing away shyly as Serenity blinked at him curiously. "S-So you like? It look... Okay?" she asked. "G-Great..." he assured, glancing back at her before quickly focusing on the women. "S-So! Er... How much for everything?" Chris asked, offering his card once more. Once the deal was finished, the group finally left the stand, with Serenity and Rose remaining in their new outfits while the sisters waved before looking at their chests and sulking behind them.

"...You okay?" Serenity asked warily. "Sure it not weird...?" she added, looking down at herself in a self conscious manner, noticing how big her rear was as well in her pants. "Y-You're fine!" Chris laughed nervously, doing his best not to focus on her body. "V-Very fine..." he assured. Noticing the blush on his face, Serenity thought about the situation for a moment, looking herself over a second time before showing a smile. "Not have to be that way. Can look as much as want! I yours after all." she assured, pulling his arm into her cleavage making his heart feel as though it could rocket from his throat. "...You still like how I look too, right...?" Rose asked in a pouty manner, holding his hand while looking up with a teary blush further testing his defenses. "Y-You're adorable, really!" he affirmed with a thumbs up. "I certainly didn't see you react to me so strongly..." Alicia point out, leaning her face toward his, her eyes inches away with a look of jealousy that felt as though the girls were collectively putting stakes in his chest. "Y-You all look great!!" he replied nervously, only to tense up when Serenity managed to reposition his arm and place his hand on her rear. "I feel great too...?" she asked with a sly grin. "C-Come on!!" he panicked, yanking himself free and hurrying ahead of them, practically steaming. "He's so weak willed." Alicia scowled. "I think it's cute! No matter how long we're together, he's so much fun to tease." Rose giggled. "I love way he is. It so much fun." Serenity grinned before she and Rose called his name simultaneously, rushing after him. "Hey! Don't go pushing me aside!" Alicia snapped, not wanting to be brushed away from the moment as she gave chase as well.

Eventually, they managed to tire Chris enough to where he didn't have a choice but to be crowded by the girls, with Rose cuddling against him while Serenity constantly made him feel her bust on his arm and guiding his hand along her thighs. "C-Come on..." he groaned in embarrassment, feeling Alicia's stare as she slithered barely an inch behind him, his face maintaining its glow as the crowd around them took notice of the girls as well. "Know you like it." Serenity teased in his ear. "Snuggle buddies!" Rose added with a grin, brushing her cheek against his hand. "How long are you going to let them do that?" Alicia asked, resting her chin on his head with a scowl, in her own way seeking attention. Enduring their advances as best he could, Chris finally found an opportunity to distract the girls when he spotted another accessory stall of sorts, pointing it out and hurrying over leaving the girls showing a collective look of frustration from his escape. Feeling safer in the stall, Chris let out a sigh of relief as the others entered behind him, looking around as he did the same. "You girls are gonna kill me..." he lectured, feeling as though his heart had been skipping countless beats. "Not help it." Serenity grinned. "Uh huh..." Chris grumbled as she poked his cheek. "S-So, uh, yeah... Look around!" he coaxed, leading the girls to different displays before sitting on a nearby bench to collect himself, unable to resist an occasional glance at Serenity's rear in her pants whenever she bent over to look at displays, noticing Rose and Alicia's faces highlighted by their dress and flowers respectively forcing Chris to shake his head and fight himself, giving a lecture in his mind. Not seeing anything that stuck out, Alicia returned to his side, raising an eyebrow as he looked up with a guilty smile.

"We find something!" Serenity called out, bringing up a purse while Rose approached with a scarf in her hands. "More fluffy stuff!" she giggled, rubbing her cheek on it while Serenity looked at her purse curiously, noticing how others were wearing theirs before trying it on her shoulder as well, suddenly showing a satisfied smile. "I like this... Feel right." she nodded. "Purses are a girls best friend, I guess." Chris smirked. "You could put your mirror in there, actually... And plenty of other stuff." he point out before handing Serenity the mirror he'd got for her from the bag he'd carried, unwrapping it and showing the Pokemon how to store it, pointing out the zipper to open and close her purse. Trying the zipper for herself, she let out a curious "oohh" of sorts, opening and closing the bag before showing a grin. "I like!" she repeat. "Alright... Lets get it taken care of then." Chris offered, making his way to the owner of the stall. Finishing what needed to be done, the group left with Serenity focusing on her purse, taking out her mirror and looking at herself while Rose cuddled and wrapped herself in her scarf, giving him more time to relax. "So... What next then?" Alicia asked leaning her face toward him making Chris blush slightly. "W-Well... Uh, we could..." he began to answer, cutting himself off when he paused, hearing music being performed. "Huh... Listen to that..." he muttered, the girls stopping and listening as well. Making their way through the crowd, they finally reached a massive gazebo right in the center of the plaza, a band with singers performing festive music for the passerby's in the bazaar. Listening for a moment, Chris noticed they weren't getting much attention, most people too caught up in the festivities to notice despite the performers efforts to entertain.

"That's kinda depressing." he laughed nervously. "What is?" Serenity asked. "Those folks playing the music and all. Not bad, but nobody is listening really." he point out. "With so many distractions here it's no surprise." Alicia shrugged. Looking around, Chris decided to approach the performers himself, the girls following as they wrapped up their current song. Taking a moment to look around themselves, the group on the gazebo were about to start their next track when Chris gave them a clap, the girls looking at him curiously as did the performers. "Not bad!" he praised with a grin. Looking at one another, they started muttering to themselves before one of the men walked up to him. "...You're that Nakazaki guy, aren't you?" he asked. "Ah? Uh..." Chris replied, looking at the girls before nodding. "That's uh, that's me?" he replied nervously. "Great! Maybe you can give our gig a boost!" the man grinned before suddenly taking hold of Chris's arm and leading him up on the gazebo with the others, catching the group off guard. "We've seen you on TV, you know how to draw a crowd, right? Think you could lend us a hand?" the man asked as Chris caught up with the situation. "Not like way they grab him..." Serenity grumbled with her arms crossed. "I... Don't think they mean any harm." Rose smiled nervously. "So desperate they'll lure a passerby on stage..." Alicia shook her head, the girls watching as the performers gathered around Chris, going over a way to draw people in. After a moment, he agreed to help and started going to their instruments, showing them the kind of beat he wanted from each of them before pointing himself out as the singer for what they were going to do, instructing the singers on what to do as well before taking the mic in hand.

Taking their places, the musicians began repeating the beat Chris had taught them, the girls watching curiously as he took his place in front of the performers, setting the mic in its stand before him. Telling the girls to "check this out" while tapping his foot to the beat and bobbing his head slightly, Chris readied himself as the beat picked up before letting out a surprising howl, causing the girls to jump while various people around them did the same, the noise catching their attention. Hearing him sing once more, the girls eyes collectively widened as the tune went on. Casually snapping his fingers, Chris did his best to lure in the crowds around them with a song they wouldn't expect, smoothly howling on occasion as part of the song he'd chosen to make people look out of curiosity. After several lines however, he point at the person in charge of the effects, giving the signal to turn up the volume just before the beat suddenly picked up dramatically. And right as he sang "Why should I worry?" the gazebo came to life, the lights set up for the performers flashing and waving about as Chris began to shuffle about to the tune. Distracted by the music and sudden change in effects combined, people around them started gathering bit by bit, snapping their fingers and tapping their feet to the music as well. Looking around, the girls were surprised by how he handled singing a different genre of music than he'd performed in the past, finding themselves drawn into the beat as well and moving in their own ways to the music. Eventually, he reached a line that had him jump in the air and slide along the gazebo on his knees, excitedly singing "You can wear the crown!" with his body and head tilt back before shooting up and shuffling about once again.

Keeping the beat going along with his energetic dancing, combined with the upbeat effects, Chris was able to draw in countless participants around the gazebo, the female performers joining behind him and following his movements as the song went on. Swaying side to side, Alicia danced in her own snake-like manner while Serenity and Rose shuffled about themselves, imitating Chris as well until the women performing gathered against him on the gazebo, pressing themselves closely while singing "Everything goes, everything fits" as he showed a cocky grin and sang "They love me at the Chelsea, they adore me at the Ritz!" in turn before pulling off his coat and twirling it above him, the performers jumping back and dancing behind him once more as he tossed his coat toward the girls, Serenity eagerly catching it before letting out an excited scream, Alicia and Rose looking at her in surprise despite feeling as giddy themselves. Continuing to sway to his voice, the girls listened as the song began to wrap up, the person in charge of the effects slowly fading the music as Chris repeatedly let out smooth sounding howls until the sound was completely mute, ending the performance as those that had gathered cheered and clapped. With the music now over, it didn't take long for Chris to return to his usual self, shyly smiling and waving at the crowd as the performers shook his hands and gave thanks for the aid. Waving them off, Chris returned to the girls as they collectively grinned. "Well now, look at you!" Alicia praised. "You're good with all kinda of music!" Rose added. "That my master!!" Serenity exclaimed, jumping at him tightly wrapping her arms around Chris before planting a kiss on his cheek.

"Hey hey! Down!" Alicia lectured, only for Serenity to stick her tongue out at the snake and smile at Chris again. "You dropped this by the way." Rose point out, holding his staff up. "Ah, thanks." he nodded, rubbing the rabbit on the head before the performers gave Chris their thanks over the speakers, the crowd turning in surprise from his identity before applauding him making him blush and rub the back of his head with a grin. "Just try to shake it up a bit like that and you'll do fine!" he instructed toward the performers, getting a nod before they gathered to discuss what they'd do next to keep the crowd around them. Once they were able to push their way out of the crowd, Serenity returned Chris's coat, telling him "Your voice do things..." with a blush of her own, showing a look of subtle arousal in her expression. "Aw, come on. I'm not that great." Chris smiled nervously. "I dunno... It made me feel kinda wobbly." Rose added, showing the same kind of look. "All three of you are weak." Alicia lectured. "Say you! I see you dance more than we did!" Serenity reminded, causing the snake to scowl. "Yeah... Besides, you're kinda red too." Rose point out. "I am not!" the snake snapped as Chris looked back. "...You kinda are." he agreed, causing Alicia to face away in agitation. "...Am not!" she tried to affirm, not wanting to confess to being charmed like a common snake. "That's payback for what you girls were doing to me!" Chris point out, his nose up and a smug smile on his face. "Tease me, you get teased back." he nodded proudly. "Don't get cocky." Alicia warned as they continued along.

Spending some time after his performance touring the countless stalls, the group found themselves grabbing more snacks during their stay in the bazaar, eventually picking up the items Chris wanted for their tree back at the cabin along their way...

Some time ago, a young man named Chris, now 23, discovered he was chosen to carry a curse passed onto him through his bloodline by a Ninetales his grandfather saved long ago, having grabbed its sacred tails to save it from falling to its demise. Burdened with this fate, which the young man now calls a blessing, Chris accepts the life chosen for him and allows the curse to guide him freely in life, destined to forever put others before himself, to forever follow the path the curse guides him along towards those in need most...

Along his journey thus far, Chris has come across a Ralts who was abandoned by her former trainer for being blind, hurled off the edge of a cliff and left to die that has since evolved into a full fledged Gardevoir by his side, swearing her life to the young man with the mysterious and terrifying ability to use the power of a Shadow Pokemon, granting her the title of a mysterious new Shadow Hybrid... Also traveling by his side is a Snivy who has since become a Servine, abandoned by her former trainer for refusing to evolve after a terrifying battle she had with a Serperior that left her mentally scarred, resulting in her former trainer neglecting and starving her in an attempt to persuade her to evolve, until he finally left her to die as well followed by a Buneary who has since evolved into Lopunny, who's former trainer became enraged due to her refusal to battle and tried to kill her off when he discovered she could only evolve via friendship...

Chris has met many people and Pokemon alike along his journey, each left as inspired by his presence as the last... He's nearly sacrificed himself to save Gardevoir and Servine from a deadly attack by a pack of Houndoom, lead by a Mega formed leader by hurling himself off a cliff to catch the two and nearly dying... Resulting in his lengthy stay in a location called Millennium City where he provided a hospital full of children an awe inspiring play room full of wonders any child would adore... Saved thousands of Pokemon eggs from dying out when their colossal incubation system malfunctioned in one of the cities many centers, and it's the location he saved Lopunny when she was a Buneary from being struck by a massive truck after being hurled into the highway by her former trainer... He's met and inspired a kindhearted old butler named Gerald who served the group during their stay in the city, and even came across the mysterious N from the Pokemon series, inspiring even this strange person during his stay in the city resulting in Chris being deemed a man worthy of keeping an eye on...

Most recently, Chris had become a criminal during his efforts to free Lopunny from her former trainer altogether, having forced his way into the city's top prison the man was held within and taking not only the Pokeball belonging to Lopunny, but taking all of his other Pokeballs to free the Pokemon within them as well only to discover the mans father was the Warden of that very prison in the process. Finding himself intrigued by Chris, the Warden gave him a chance to avoid prison time by revealing he was also the city's Gym Leader, striking a deal that if he won he would be pardoned of all crimes and allowed to leave the city.

Before the day of the match arrived, Chris found himself becoming close friends with the city's top scientist, Professor Rose, and together along with her staff they managed to complete Project Celebi, a device that could transplant sight between two people without surgery! The project turned out to be a success after Chris offered the sight in his left eye to give Gardevoir the ability to see the world for the first time via her right!

After this, the time for his showdown with the Warden arrived, and after a lengthy two part battle, Chris turned out the victor with the support of all those attending the event and beyond... To thank them for fighting for his sake, Chris gave Gardevoir, Servine, and Lopunny their own unique names, gaining the titles Serenity, Alicia, and Rose respectively, with Lopunny being named after the professor who had done so much for the group during their stay in the city...

After regaining his freedom, Chris and the girls spent a week at Arthur and Angela's massive manor on the outskirts of the city, followed by a first class cruise aboard the brand new S.S. Guardian, the first pollutant free ship in the world relying solely on solar power reservoirs! With its maiden voyage celebrating the 100th anniversary of the loss of the R.M.S. Arceanic, fate played its hand along their way to Arcticu Valley and led the Guardian to the exact location of the ships wreckage. Attacked by a massive Gyarados swarm, the Guardian was sank to the bottom of the sea, protected by a barrier crafted by Serenity which resulted in the discovery of the remains of the legendary ship.

In turn, many truths came to light in the dark depths, and after garnering the aid of the souls aboard the remains of the vessel, the Guardian managed to return to the surface of the sea once more and the Gyarados were defeated! Criminals were justly punished, a company was repossessed, and Chris was given total ownership of the entirety of the Arceanic wreck site! And now, they've finally arrived at their destination, and many more adventures are about to unfold...
