History:

Montoya Alomar was born out of wedlock to a highly-abusive alcoholic Mother and an absent Father. Her Father took off before Montoya was born, and her Mother showed little affection towards her daughter, often abandoning her child with her religiously-fanatical Mother (and Montoya’s Grandmother). Montoya’s life also mimicked her life at school, where she was often tormented and humiliated by her class.

Sometime after her sixteenth birthday, Montoya decided enough was enough when he snapped her Grandmother’s neck during the night but she was never accused. Later, Montoya threatened her Mother with a knife, only to find herself unable to attack her, and ran away to live on the streets. There, Montoya would solicit herself out as a Prostitute under a highly-violent Pimp, by the name of “Sugar Daddy”.

However, Montoya had convinced herself that she was not a “Prostitute” but an “Actor” providing “Fantasies”. During this time Montoya also began seeing a Chemist named Stanley, her benefactor who wanted to help Montoya escape from her life as a Prostitute as well as Sugar Daddy’s abuse. Her Chemist boyfriend also discovered the “SLOW” drug-- An drug which slowed the user’s perception of time by 100%.

The couple planned on using this “SLOW” drug to achieve a better life, however, before the two could put this plan into action Stanley was discovered by Sugar Daddy. Enraged by this discovery, Sugar Daddy had Stanley tortured and murdered. He then cut up Montoya's face to warn her not to leave and reaffirm who is in charge. Enraged, Montoya used her instincts to avoid further trouble.

Later, Montoya gave Sugar Daddy some of the “SLOW” drug before the pair engaged in intercourse claiming that it would “enhance” the experience. She then proceeded to stab Sugar Daddy to death. Since he was on “SLOW” at the time, his agony increased while he bled to death. As a result, by killing Sugar Daddy she had earned herself a dangerous reputation and became feared despite her young age.

Using the resources she had “inherited” from Sugar Daddy, Montoya went onto increase her own wealth and power by mass-producing the “SLOW” drug amongst the criminal underworld, as well as becoming an associate of the Exchange. However, in public, she maintained the self-image of a well-known, Entrepreneur and Philanthropist, with a chain of multiple semi-famous nightclubs across the world.
