Here, is Richie my original OC that I came up with years ago. He was originally supposed to be an 101 Dalmatians type fan character. But, then I also started using him as a PAW Patrol character as well.
So is Richie part of the British Paw Patrol Division? Pongo and Perdy must be so proud to have one of their pups in Paw Patrol. I wonder if any of the other pups are in the P.P. (Yeah that may not be the best abbreviation :) )
