The little shelter that had previous been privately owned eventually caught the eye of the mega corp and was bought out, replaced and upgraded by an Aether Foundation Sanctuary.
Fridge didn't trust it at first, but the payroll was increased and he kept his normal duties. After a few weeks, he found that little had changed other than the fact that he now had much better facilities to try and rehabilitate certain pokemon.
That, and he had to wear a specific uniform. He enjoyed the plethora of pockets, but the shoes and hat were a bit much for him. Still, the increased pay certainly helped sway his opinion.
