A cat that loves green and neon colors that Decay jokes about needing to wear sunglasses when he's with him because of how bright he is.
Personality
Vangelis is energetic and loves making friends. He's also a tease and a flirt but he will help a friend out and make sure his friend(s) don't do something they will regret later. He rarely is quick to anger and someone will have to do something so horrible to make him go after them with a vengeance.

Background/History
Vangelis loves the club and rave life. He hasn't kept in touch with his parents since he was kicked out of the house when he was 17 after revealing that he's attracted to males as well. Spent months living on the street was able to get on his feet and live on his own.
