Sonadow: Were happiness can be found 2/3
‘Bingo’ Shadow thought as he was entering the room with ‘Restricted area’ on it.
The room was filled with piles of paper, seemingly untouched for a while.
“Is Mephiles found?” a lab assistant asked one of the guards.
“No, it is like he vanished.” The guard answered.
“Since his escape Silver has been even less obedient, he should be found quickly!” The guard nodded and walked away.
Silver? That is probably the white hedgehog… That explains why there was an on conscious guard. That was probably from when Mephiles escaped. So he escaped just before I arrived.
The lab assistant walked out of the room as well. Shadow went out of his hiding place. He examined the room close up. The papers are unorganized “ *sigh* It going to take forever to find anything.” he looked around to see where to start searching. He noticed one need pile and decided it was the most promising place to start.
“NAME: Silver the Hedgehog. AGE: 10
ABILITY: Psychokinesis/Telekinesis
Synopsis: Found in abandoned by Mephiles. Only listens to Mephiles.”
So Mephiles took Silver here? Is he also a researcher? Then why did he leave?
Shadow went through more files.
-Lab has been open for 2 years
-They research ability from children or adults without a home.
-They have been researching Sonic and his friends as well. And considered teaming up with Eggman.
Goal… finding out how abilities work.
As Shadow though he found all the files that could be useful, he found a drawer in the wall hide behind a bookcase.
There must be something important in it if they went out of the way to hide it so well…
In the drawer there were three files about Mephiles’ research. It seems like he wasn't doing experiments and just theorized. He also did some research on the Chaos Emeralds and Master Emerald. There was a file about Silver as well. As Shadow was about to read through it he heard some noises. There were people coming.
He grabbed what he came for and Chaos Controlled to Silver.
Silver was unconscious in the tube. Shadow opened the tube and took Silver out. He had barely any fat. He seemed malnourished. The alarm went off. Shadow Chaos Controlled outside the base.
Taking a lot of power, he Chaos controlled to Sonic.
Seeing as it was the middle of the night he was of course a sleep.
“Shadow? You are done with your mission?” Sonic asked sleepy as he walked to Shadow who was in the living room.
Sonic turned the lights on. When he saw Silver he was really surprised. “Shadow don't tell me… I know I said I want to adopt but this is to sudden…” Sonic half jokingly, clearly still half asleep.
“Sonic this isn't the time for jokes, I will explain later.” Shadow said as Chaos controlled away.
“No, Wait!” Sonic yelled but it was too late.
He looked a the white hedgehog and wondered what was going on. He placed the hedgehog on the sofa chair. And sat down on a different chair.
*Meanwhile*
Shadow Chaos controlled back near the lab. Then he went to his armed buggy that he parked a bit further away. (of course without the GUN logo) And headed to GUN, to make his report and conceal Silver.
*Back to Sonic*
‘I wonder how old he is? He seems quite thin…’ Sonic wondered.
Silver started to move a bit.
Is he waking up? How am I supposed to explain what happened to him? What if he thinks he is kidnapped or something?
No time to worry as Silver opened his eyes.
He blinked a couple times and looked at his surroundings. “Where am I?” Silver asked.
“Hello I am Sonic, Sonic the Hedgehog. The world's fastest thing alive! You might have heard about me!” Sonic said as he was trying to dodge the question.
“Sonic… I have heard of that name before… I think Mephiles mentioned it…” Silver said as he was in thought.
“Where is Mephiles?” Silver asked.
‘Who is Mephiles?’ Sonic asked himself.
Sonic stood up and asked “Do you want to eat or drink something?”
Silver nodded “Do you have… milk?”
‘That is cute’ Sonic thought.
“Yes we do” Sonic went to the kitchen. At least is less awkward then I thought it would be.

Sonic: I finally appeared! But there still isn't any Sonadow...
Zoey: Well... next chapter is probably the last sooo...
Shadow: We still didn't even get a full conversation.
Mephiles: I didn't even really appear, I was just in a flashback
Zoey: There is always next time!
