Rouge was on a mission.  Sapphire had gone missing, and she got a random note leading to one of Eggman’s abandoned bases.  She got there, and she found Sapphire, dressed like a ballerina.

Sapphire: I must dance...

Rouge: Sapphire, What are you doing?

???: She belongs to me Rouge.  And so will you very soon.

Rouge: Huh?

A trapdoor opened up under Rouge, and fell down, deep... And got a bit of a makeover of her own from the various machines that grabbed her on the fall

Rouge: NOOOOOO!!!

But sometime later, the 2 Sisters were eventually reunited.  Not much of a happy end though.

Sapphire: We must dance...

Rouge: For Mistress Breezy...

Sapphire & Rouge: Forever And ever...

Breezy: Ah... Eggman will be pleased~

Breezy: Alright you airheads!  Dance for me!

Sapphire & Rouge: Yes Mistress Breezy...

Breezy: Hmm... What to do with these 2?  Do I just make them into my personal dancers?  Or maybe I can have them dance for my latest attraction? *rubs her hands* can see the money rolling in already...

Wasn't long before she had the bat sisters perform on stage to large host of people..and they seem to love them.

With Breezie taking avantage of the bat sisters... it dosen't look like anyone stopping her anytime soon..

Sapphire: We must dance...

Rouge: To please Mistress Breezy and the audience...
