It seems Cole is training his Lucario how to ride a horse, or in this case to ride a human, LOL X3
Yes, Cole does have Pokemon in his life, he's also a Pokemon trainer as well, but never uses them for battle.
How he met his Lucario, Cole first encountered this Pokemon at a park while he was playing baseball with his little bro Tails... and this Lucario likes being a big baby too lol.
When I was drawing this, it was the first time I made the diaper outline color be different.
At that time I started to change the outline color on the diaper objects in my art, so now instead of being black, a white diaper's outline is 30% darker, same for the outline colors for any special colored or blue/pink diapers, so those diapers will look better now.
Little story for the pic:
On a hot day of summer, Cole, Tails, and Lucario decided to go outside to play in the backyard. It wasn't such a hot day at all, it was only at 79 degrees!
It all started when Cole was first seen in his human form during 11 AM inside the house with his two favorites beside him, and asked them "Wanna play outside?" The two nodded. As the trio walked, one of them wanted something.
"Wait, could I have my paci?" Lucario asked. Cole nodded "I'll be right back in a flash!" he said, he ran back inside quickly. He found Lucario's pacifier on the living room table and took it, he ran back outside to where Lucario and Tails was at, now in the backyard again and puts the pacifier in Lucario's mouth. "There you go buddy." Cole said while smiling, then Lucario the big pokemon baby was at content as he started to suck on the pacifier. "Thankies Cole!" Lucario said to Cole. "Anytime." Cole replied, as the trio looked at everything in the big backyard, they wondered what to play first... the yard was big enough for them to roam around and play in, not to mention Cole's backyard has high fences where no one could see him or others when playing outside.
First, the trio decided to play with their RC vehicles that looked like off-road trucks.in the backyard. They drove their RC trucks for 30 minutes, as the RC trucks were driving over small stunt ramps, climbing up small hills in the landscape, and they were having a little RC truck "demolition derby" fun time as they drove their RC trucks into each other.
Second, after 30 minutes passed with the time being 11:30 AM, the trio decided to play some football.
For 30 minutes, all they did was tossing the pigskin around to each other. Lucky for Cole he has wearing shoes, so was Tails just in case they wanted to kick that football around. Cole did kicked the ball a good few times, and once so strongly he highly kicked it at an impressive height of 30 foot. "Wow!" Tails and Lucario shouted when they saw Cole kicked it very high, Cole was surprised as he saw it crashed down. "Man, I kicked it pretty high." Cole said while amazed, "That was possibly the highest I kicked a football so far. Looks like a record!" Cole continued.
And third, as soon 12 PM rolled by, Cole asked the two "Want a horsie ride?" while he smiled. Lucario replied "Sure! But what's that?" while curious about what that little game is. "Oh that's right, I haven't gave you a ride yet." Cole remembered. Tails commented "Lucario was sleeping, meditating, or playing in the play room alone during those times when we've been playing that." Cole nodded, "You're right Tailsy. I somehow didn't notice that until now, thanks." and paused. "I wish I would've earlier. Heheh, you'll like this Lucario, trust me." Cole said, then Lucario asked "How does the game work?" Cole replied "You'll see." while he got on all fours, "OK, just sit on my back, and hold onto me." he smiled. Lucario nodded, he began to sit on him as his cute diaperbutt crinkled on Cole's back, he placed his paws onto him to hold on.
"That's pretty much how the game plays." Tails said to Lucario. "I can see that Tails.." Lucario replied, "Go ahead Cole, play with Lucario first. I'll watch and sit on this chair." Tails smiled, he began to sit down on the chair and watching them play. Cole started to trot around in the yard with Lucario riding his shape-shifting friend around. As 10 minutes passed by, Lucario was starting to have fun, the Lucario lets out a childish giggle as he started having fun. "Dis is funs!" Lucario said while holding onto Cole. 20 more minutes passes by, it seems Cole was tired of trotting around, and decides to go up to this trampoline in the backyard he has. "Hop off for a moment, I am gonna get on the trampoline, I have a fun idea with this little game." Cole said, Lucario hopped off for a moment as Cole sat on the trampoline, he took off his shoes revealing yellow socks and was getting positioned again for his favorite role. "OK Lucario, get up here and sit on me again." Cole said to Lucario.

Lucario gets up on the trampoline with Cole, Tails is still watching them play as he got more energy again and decided to get up. "I'll be back Cole, I wanna get a drink." Tails told Cole while walking off to the house feeling thirsty, Cole replied "OK!" while Lucario sat on top of the human's back again. "Okies, now what Cole?" Lucario smiled. "Just hold on tightly, I'm gonna bounce!" Cole replied, he began to bounce up and down on the trampoline a little bit at the start. "I'm just pretending I'm bucking. I always wondered what this would be like!" Cole said, then Lucario was holding tightly and really content, the big baby Pokemon started laughing in delightment "Faster Cole!" Lucario demanded, Cole started bouncing up and down faster. Tails came back outside drinking soda, and walked over to see the two play. After 5 minutes passed by, Lucario eventually fell off Cole's back and landed on the trampoline while he giggled childishly, "Dat was fun!" Lucario said to Cole. "I'm glad you had fun." Cole replied while he smiled to him, he got up. "Well let's go back inside, I feel like playing video-games right now." Cole said, Tails replied "Ok! I'll join as well depending on the game you pick." The trio went inside the house as they finished playing outside.

After 5 minutes passed by, Lucario eventually fell off Cole's back and landed on the trampoline while he giggled childishly, "Dat was fun!" Lucario said to Cole. "I'm glad you had fun." Cole replied while he smiled to him, he got up. "Well let's go back inside, I feel like playing video-games right now." Cole said, Tails replied "Ok! I'll join as well depending on the game you pick." The trio went inside the house as they finished playing outside. "Before I do anything else, you do need a change first, Lucario" Cole said.
