for those not in the know, lauir isn't pitch-black blind, her eyesight is still there, but all light is balanced out at once in her eyes so everything is extremely bright and blurry
so, typical glasses won't work for her
she can still discern colors though, like her sister lamia is a magenta blob, but generally her eyes get sore when they're open too long, hence she keeps them closed most of the time
