Character Sheet for Truman Howtz
Somewhat of an abrasive student, Truman is defined by clear cut opinions of the world that at times he finds difficult to adapt or change. His sense of justice is especially stark in comparison to what he finds the lax definition is around him, notably with his fellow students at the school, as he believes criminals should be well locked away for good if they harm others for their self interests. Others, which seems to be most, that don’t share those ideals, or at least the genuine desire to protect civilians don’t have his respect.
To those he usually uses short names or nicknames, which he tends to give everyone else that he considers a stranger, instead of their actual names. Otherwise, he’s no nonsense in social matters and is usually direct in his manner of speaking, some would call him blunt. He tries to avoid misconceptions but isn’t above lying to someone if he thinks it’s for a good cause. In a fight or stressful situation, he often loses his cool, and often throws heated insults at whatever the subject of conflict is, even if it is something that triumph is almost an impossibility of achieving. Because of that bravery, or in a way, stubbornness, he remains steadfast, if twitchy, his bravery only going so far as he assures his own safety, darting around and taking cover as much as he thinks is needed, should his yet unmastered powers fail him.
Originally born an ordinary lizard, he was transformed into a kobold at the same time he acquired his magical smoke-powers, when his hometown was attacked by the occult Terrorist Group DEMON.
Recently, Truman has discovered from another visiting kobold that his mother may have been a transformed kobold herself, a former member of the draconic order of warriors known as the Smoke Knights. He now seeks to learn more about his origins.
Sadly, Cignature was orphaned
The Romverse is a furry version of Freedom City's world, the default campaign setting of the Mutants and Masterminds rpg by Green Ronin.
Truman is almost never seen without a cigarette, electronic or otherwise, in his mouth, when he can get away with it.
