For anyone that was curious what Addison's mom looked like, here you go! Stella served in the military before Addison was born, and in much tougher times. She's a veteran of the Border War that took place long before the events of the comic. She was awarded the Avian Cross for exemplary service above and beyond the call of duty when she acted as a diversion for escaping PoWs by dropping explosives onto guard towers under heavy enemy fire.
