she pretty much shapeless, a giant mass of darkness, only her head is ever seen, she can make arms appear at will whenever she needs them. she later gains the ability to shift into a solid form when she wants. later on in the story she becomes a shapeless mass of black and white becoming life and death.
Clothing
none she has what appears to be orbs that float around her neck with special purpose of gathering souls and taking them to the unknown place.
