Character Sheet for Skye Eldrich
Character Description
Skye Eldrich, codename: Seraph, is a fennec with light manipulation abilities. She is the current Lightbearer (in training), a cosmically-empowered champion of good destined to face down the Darkness. Always having admired superheroes even from her young childhood, Skye has the chance to live out her lifelong dream and stride among the heroes she's always admired.
Long story short, she's a superhero otaku getting to meet all of her heroes... Much to her teammates' embarrassment.
Personality
Idolizing superheroes, and particularly the paragons among them, Skye seeks to emulate their behavior the best she can. She is steadfast, determined, brave, and always seeks to do the right thing, no matter what that may be. She's also stubborn, proud, and occasionally overestimates herself.
A staunch atheist and rationalist, she refused to believe in anything supernatural... which is why finding out that the source of her powers is magical is constantly, unceasingly driving her around the bend with annoyance.
Likes/Dislikes
Likes: Superheroes, truth, justice, saving people and protecting the innocent... and beating up bad guys. Wolfpack. Also chocolate. All of the chocolate.
Dislikes: Anything supernatural, magic, gods. Supervillains. Murderous anti-heroes. Heroes who don't live up to their own moral codes. Licorice.
Background/History
Skye was a normal girl with normal friends and a normal life, until, when on a field trip to the Albright Institute, a lab accident with an experimental photon accelerator beam infused her with light-based abilities. Now gifted with flight, energy projection, and the ability to create hard-light constructs, she was able to fulfill her lifelong dream and become a superhero.
She had a short solo career, fighting crime and Z and D-list villains around her home neighborhoods in Freedom City, before she was chosen to attend Clairemont Academy.
World/Setting
The Romverse is a furry version of Freedom City's world, the default campaign setting of the Mutants and Masterminds rpg by Green Ronin.
Body
Short, but has big ears. Beige fur with white highlights, with pinkish hair with one blue forelock. When in her heroic identity, changes her hair color to silver and her eye-color to gold.
