Rot was born in a gnoll tribe. Despite only having average level gnoll intelligence he was still self aware enough to know that what was happening was wrong. He tried to convince others that their ways were wrong and ended up being exiled. Now he just hopes people will see him for who he is, and not what he is. Rot's desperate to be seen as worthy in society.
