Meet Berryhill "Honeycomb" Lesnutt. Single mother of Dakota, native of Funderland, resident of Wheee. Her man left when Dakota was five, and I say man because marriage isn't super common in Funderland. Not compared to the rest of the world, at least. Which made it easier for that to happen, but it ultimately worked out for the best, as it resulted in a stronger relationship with her son overall. As a mom, she's reasonably stern when she needs to be, but intensely loving. She's no pushover as a person, her kindness is not a weakness, and she knows how to protect herself and her boy. Big strong mommy rabbit legs and all.
Tickling is a major part of Funderland social culture, and family tickle-time is not an uncommon activity among close families there. Due to her lack of husbando, she's rather overly fond of her bunny's sensitivity and quite eager to have tickle time with her son. But her efforts did result in her becoming a heck of a cook, making the only vegan food in the world that tastes deliciously unhealthy. She's only semi-vegan though, she never could kick cheese, and heavy cream is simply too useful to replace with anything soy. Her tikka masala and her bi-bim-bap are practically her signature dishes, and is still the only person who could make me like spinach dishes. She even accomplished the impossible and made Brussels sprouts delicious (oven roasted with a balsamic drizzle). Perhaps that was for the best, turning a hobby into a job isn't always such a fairy tale in reality. Selling art supplies and occasionally modelling shoes more than pays for ingredients though, and for sure allows her to be more talkative to her customers, which is good for her social self. Especially since she was particularly lonely after Dakota left home to go off on his adventures. But friends and family kept her sane as her selfish son dared to have a life of his own and left her all alone.
Kidding of course, I visit. Family tickle time still accumulates if I don't. <X3
Fun facts that didn't fit in the previous paragraphs: She unwinds at days' ends by watching foreign action dramas and giggling at memes. Her favorite is Nyan Cat.
Her nickname is "Honeycomb" because of her colors. She acquired the nickname at school one afternoon while dressed in a bee costume for a play. She's ironically terrified of bees.
People born in Funderland are given a gift from the spirit of the land itself. While I got antlers, she received her loose floppy-loppy ears, which no one else in her family has.
Her favorite food is Indian food and her favorite music is usually from a European rock band. Her favorite color is purple and her favorite instrument is the electric guitar. And her favorite cheese is brie. It's important information.
So yeah, got another girl character, go crazy. And yes she's ticklish. =P I know she's not a cub, which I almost exclusively use this particular account for, but I figured it would be appropriate to share her here since I intend to do some mother-son stuff, which has ample cub potential. X3
