Does anybody remember this guy? ^w^ I do, he's from one of my favorite cartoons from the Disney channel afternoon line up from the 80's and 90's. Yes he could be a little annoying and a little dense but I liked his show, think "Who Framed Roger Rabbit" but with a buddy cop element and he's not framed for murder. The premise for the show was that he was a toon that lost his job because new toons took his job so the studio saw him as washed up, got rid of him and now he works as a police officer. anyway enjoy!
