Flash Spotten is the son of a master spaceship builder, but Flash holds no mechanic skills of his own. Instead he's a hot shot pilot that loves to show off his skills whenever possible.
Nova and Emerald first met him when they finally decided that they needed a spaceship to carry and save fuel for their space fighters.
