I used the pencil tool in Photoshop and did some layering for outlines and coloring.
I have an idea about making a video game with this character where he travels across the city to fend off strange and bizarre creatures and find the cause of this catastrophe. He has two main weapons he could use: his extra-long tail as a whip (which could double as a rope to reach long distances) and marbles.
