As a child, Kira was transported to Planet Earth along with her friends and family though Chaos Control and they were forced to attempt getting along with the humans and finding a new place to live. It was also here that Kira continued her studies in Nursing and eventually ended up graduating and becoming a fully-certified midwife at Station Square Hospital. Kira's parents bought a house within Station Square after the Chaos Control event and it was there that she met Sonic, who had also been transported there, as well as his adoptive mother, Lilly, at a very young age. She grew up alongside Sonic and the two became very close by the time they were teenagers. As a result, Sonic and Kira ended up dating in high school and eventually went on to get married (Sonic and Kira agreeing to have Sonic take on Kira's 'Sterling' name as his surname in order to give a Sonic a secret identity of sorts and to keep the kids' ties to Sonic hidden!) and have three children, Samuel, Kazumi and Miles. Personality: Kira is an outgoing and adventurous girl who enjoys helping to fight Eggman beside Sonic and the gang. Despite currently being Sonic's husband, Kira still sometimes acts rather clumsily around him, due to her clumsy nature, and this often discourages her wish to be a hero like him. Likes: Her friends/family, fighting Eggman, helping Sonic and the gang whenever they need it and raising her children (of course!) Dislikes: Eggman, heights and being clumsy
