Vehicle concept for the Cricket. This mecha will likely be the only one in the Bagman Chronicles, given it'll only be in the year 2050, so it'll be slow, crude, and powered by diesel, but it will still be tall and imposing, mounting firepower equivalent to an IFV when things get really bad.

industrial areas ,collapses, that claw arm can easily remove debris,pinpoint and put out intense fires

Now for areas like that, then yes, this would be pretty ideal, though the rescued would have to ride on top; there isn't room for a rumble seat of the sort in the mecha.
