so far I don't like how his legs and body came out = = the story behind his story is that he is a hedgehog that resembles a plant as I had his mother be a dryad. the stripes and circles are bioluminescent and will glow in the dark. that is in no way because of James Cameron's Avatar movie. he lost his father before he was born and he lost his mom when someone or something destroyed her tree. he's wary of people since he ran into some people who wanted to keep him as a pet because of his unusual appearance. he can manipulate the plants around him and sometimes can make flowers grow when he walks. he'll sometimes have leaves stuck in his quills. I haven't decided on the color of his eyes but I was thinking of making his fur red and his hands, feet and bioluminescent parts green but I might make his colors something else. as for names, I'm debating between Brier, Hollis, Chrysanthos, Florence or Lumi, Lumi for bioluminescent and I am aware lumi means snow in Finnish.

I think I tried to make his quills resemble petals or a succulent plant.

I always worry about posting new characters cos I worry that they may look similar to other artists' characters that they or someone else might think I copied them.
