Whew, this took longer than it had any right to! I'm sure I'll get faster and better at drawing things if I keep at it.

Oh yeah! This is Mephitia Musteli! She's a boss in this series I'd like to make at some point in the future.

Her whole gimmick is that she just can't stop producing awful, ruinous gas but being the opportunistic entrepreneur she is, she figured, "Why not harness it and take over this city?" And so she did... at least the sewer part of it anyway.
