Okay, time for me to start drawing and developing this forgotten shrew, since no one else is going to do so. e⁔e,,

First thing's first, instead of referring to him as "Fru Fru's husband" until Hell freezes over, his name will be Lidio.

It was originally written as "Libdio", but I changed it due to it being an incorrect spelling and sounding too lispy, and sure, while I wanted to make his name a referential pun of "libido", having the B in there was hamfisting the telegraph.
Like, y'know, there's a difference between making a joke for people to catch if they think hard enough on it -- pun intended, -- and then there's "hEY GUYS lOOK, sEX jOKE, hHAHA", it's like... really, know when enough is enough.
