This is a first draft and may go through some changes before it moves on to step 2. Waiting for approval of the concept. If everything looks good, I'll be inking at some point in the near future (holidays notwithstanding, of course).
Tough to give a thorough explanation of the character beyond the fact that he's a cyborg horse. The smiley face was added as a joke by Gaby while I was UStreaming. I laughed, then turned it into the Watchmen smiley face. ;) That may very well not make it into the inks. ;)
