So it's Friday night at the Castle and it's my turn to babysit Thirteen (not that she needs it) and Liza. I asked them if they wanted to play a board game.
The name of the game was Nightmare, also called Atmosfear in Britain and in its native Australia. Made in the 90s, it used a VHS tape as a timer and to give instructions. I didn't want to wear out the tape, so I found the video on YouTube and used that. (Given what I did to the laptop, battery life wasn't a problem. But I turned the Wi-Fi off, just in case.)
In the end, Liza won but we all had a good time! And I think she learned that not all good games are made by Microsoft, Nintendo or Sony.
