Here's a new character I made. Whee.
Story-wise, he's written to be Sukanku's new friend after Basil got turned into a fish. Often times, this 19-year-old is mistaken to be a lot more younger for his age, but he's just a really short dog (I think?) with a very stoic personality. Even when he says he's really happy to see Sukanku; the only person to hang out with him, it doesn't show on his face, only when his tail is wagging. His real name is "Gaylord Seemin" (yes, seriously), but Menard always liked the name "Menard" or "Bernard". He couldn't decide between the two, so Sukanku just chose the first one out of impatience.
