It's a made-up term; it means to rub something that's fuzzy (To 'floofle' is to make someone very fluffy; taken to cartoonish extremes, it can turn someone into a spherical ball of fur. A 'snoogle' is a snuggling that involves two cute things. I may have invented those last two terms myself.)
