This little guy originally wasn't going to be anything special, as you can tell by his design, but I started to think of a story for him when I was listening to yet another Voltaire song. I won't say which one because I want to keep it a secret for a short comic I want to make about him. I can't tell you guys everything but here is his basic backstory.
Blake Slade is a 16-year-old wolf in high school. He lives up to the saying of being "a lone wolf" because he doesn't have any friends. Even though it does bum him out, it's not that big of a deal because he does prefer to keep to himself. Being teased by many because of his name and appearance, he took on a new look to cover himself; including his eyes. To help cope with his insecurities, Blake started to pick up the hobby of creating music. Being inspired by the genres of rock and alternative, he'd compose short melodies when he was alone. One day while he was outside the school after the school day had ended, he started to sing some lyrics to a song he was currently writing. He continued until he had the feeling that someone else was around. Before the other could speak, Blake gathered his things and ran home. He didn't care who it was, he just wanted to escape the embarrassment of another mobian hearing his voice.
