Isn't snow quite insulating though?

Igloos are a thing, after all

i have NEVER seen snow in my life XD
i just imagined he's covered in it with only a jacket so it can still get quite cold for'em

I'm sure he'll find plenty of warm bosoms and butts to warm himself up with

Actually, igloos are made of ice.  Ice has an interesting property in that, once water freezes, it doesn't get any colder.  It makes for a good insulation from super freezing air.  That's why a coating of ice can actually save a tree from freezing to death so long as the ice doesn't stick overly long.

I don't know.  I think it's a pretty cool hiding place.
