I wonder if cbee will ask archives like that to remove the picture, as is within their rights. But even so, it'll likely keep recirculating at various places for a long time to come. The situation and my feelings about it are almost funny, in contrast to how the image first hit me years ago.

That is not with the Web Archive's own goals. If they were to do that, then a can of worms will open...

Also, it has become of meme status, permanantly seared into the furry mindset.

And also MLP parodies have appeared on monosodium glutamate (e621, go look it up), thus further cementing itself into history.
