Alrighty, obviously this is inspired by the "Ugandan Knuckles" meme.
In part, the accent that is being put on as the Ugandan accent came from "Who Killed Captain Alex?" a small budget (US$200) movie from a small town in Uganda.
This little movie grew to be a cult hit, and ever purchase gets income and work for a large portion of the village!
Or even heading over to their site and getting some T-Shirts (produced in the small town, I believe) or other merch: http://watch.wakaliwood.com/
Obviously this small struggling movie studio is supporting the meme, even going so far as to say that it most definitely is not racist. As such, I wanted to extend the information for folks if they were looking for a movie to have as a party entertainment when a group of folks were getting together or something.
I mean, if Ugandan Knuckles is racist, then I guess we can't have Pepe Le Pew any more, that is kinda a racist stereotype of French people. And Tweety has to go out the window, that is ableist making fun of speech impediments like that. Along with a LOT of other cartoon characters.
Or perhaps, we can just have a bit of a laugh, enjoy it, and then support the small Ugandan town that, effectively, inspired it.
Rather than just getting aggressive and angry and helping no-one.
