Oh, I see some familiar faces...
Okay, do you want to know what was even happening in September-October of the last year? Why did I get very inactive and literally didn't want to do anything?
There's a group of people in Spyro fandom who claim that drawing porn of characters like Cynder, Spyro and etc. whose ages weren't confirmed anywhere but look like underage characters, even as grown up, is pedophilia. A certain Spyro project was launched in August I think(?) that was seeking for artists, and of course this group of people noticed it. There's also been one certain person - the biggest and most active fan in Spyro fandom - who was stalked by the main jerk from this group, because of drawing Spyro porn. This person also sent in the application in order to take a part in this project because she's a huge Spyro fan. After revealing the names of applied artists, the things got fucked up. Another artist who was a friend of the person who was attacked and stalked at first tried to reason with the jerk of the group, but instead almost fucked up her whole further life. The jerk started to send messages to organizators of Spyro project claiming that this artists is also a pedophile because they have been drawing Spyro porn for ages. Eventually, the artist got removed because organizators didn't want any problem with the artist, especially considering the fact any information can spread like a wildfire on the net. The group was celebrating it and continued to spread false info about those people being pedos. The artist that stood up for a friend ended up deleting all her content from everywhere and putting her work on Patreon page, because she decided not to risk her further life. However, she still contacted her lawyer and things got a little better, the artist put all her content back to all her galleries.
How am I envolved in this? Well, the person who was attacked first, replied to me after I replied to her defence post on Tumblr she wrote. When I found out the truth, all I could do is support her and just watch as another artist almost ended up leaving the net. I was scared not only for them, but also myself. After this situation I looked at my older Spyro R34 artworks and... I felt unsafe and ashamed by the fact that characters looks quite too young on some of my artworks, and this group of people would also come up at me and start spreading false info about me. In fact, the main jerk of the group actually once messaged me back in 2015(?) when she saw my adult anthro Cynder pic. She said something like "um cynder is underage and it's not right to draw with all the boobs just so you know", but then she left me alone.
I was almost at the thought of quiting drawing any Spyro stuff. BUT. What I know people from that group can't stand Skylanders and don't care about it. AND I THOUGHT THAT MAYBE IF I MAKE A DESIGN FOR SKYLANDERS EMBER I CAN ALSO DRAW HER FUCKING WITH SKYLANDERS CYNDER BECAUSE I WANT MORE CYMBER IN MY LIFE??? EHHHhh?
tl;dr: What should I do with R34 stuff for Spyro? Do you think I should move from StD and TLoS stuff, make some of the characters Skylanders-ish and focus on them? Or put artwork somewhere exclusively?
