Ruairc is the lifelong companion of a human girl named Katana. He protects her as much as she protects him.

Usually has a friendly, mellow disposition, but that can turn in an instant when his friends or loved ones are in danger.

Background/History
Murtagh discovered Ruairc and another cub, Ushindi, hidden in the roots of a tree. With no sign of the cubs' family, he rescued them and found them homes. Murtagh gave Ruairc to his niece, Katana, as a "pet kitten" before they realized he was actually an intelligent animal!

He originally comes from an unknown country far to the east, but grew up on the east coast of Alagaësia.
Body
He has rust-colored fur, light brown eyes, and dark colored, goat-like horns. As an adult, he stands nearly 5 feet tall at the shoulder, with longer horns and a reddish-brown mane.
