I particularly like the slightly loose, baggy look of her arm- and legwarmers, hinting at her having borrowed them from her elder sister, and that sweet smile is just beautiful! I really like how you've drawn her hair and the ruffled and slightly messy look it has. It's really cute and gives her a nice sort of carefree look.
