Edna is Adolph's mother and the twin sister of Trevon's older rocker sister. She like her family is a ninja as well. Her job is also landlord of the Bright Harbor Penitatas Apartments where Penitatas without families can live without rent which is paid for by donations. Since she is related to the Chrono Ninjas, she has the ability to slow down time as well as speed up time (in the usual increments and restrictions with slowing down only up to an hour, speeding up for 30 minutes with a 24 hour recharge time for fully depleting it.)
