Ever watched "Ask the Sonic Heroes" show? Sonic even answered one of the questions of who he would date other than "Amy" (😝) and he picked Rouge. :)
Also Generations, upon saving Rouge, dropped a hint that there's possibly a thing between them. "Thanks Big Blue. That's the first time I've ever been stolen" and he gives a thumbs up smiling. Yup, pure flirtation 101 right there. ;3
