Meet my new Cuphead oc! Talia! I was looking for what kind of cup drink I should make my oc out of, so I chose Coffee cocktail :3 her hair is made of whip cream with orange streaks in it too(I also searched up 40's girls' clothing online too XD)

Talia is a tomboy. She's friendly, energetic, cheerful, and brave. She also has a bit of a temper when someone or something makes her angry, when she gets mad, the inside of her head starts bubbling hot ☕>:3
