I'm not sure I understand; is it a diaper-license rather than a potty-license? IE, you're only allowed to use diapers, and prohibited from using the potty?
If so, what happens if you're caught? Do the potty-patrol send you to timeout? Spankings? Cancel snacktime? X3

Yeah, they’re other classes, D2 means you’re still in diapers because you failed potty training. P means pull ups, TP means you can use the toilet but require adult assistance. And T means full access to the toilet
